Automatic, Patek Philippe Calibre 26-330 S C with an approximately 35 to 45-hour power reserve, visible through the sapphire crystal exhibition case back. Grey opaline dial with a black-gradient rim and signature wave pattern, featuring white gold applied numerals, hour markers and alpha-style hands with luminescent coating. Diamond-set bezel featuring 56 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling approximately 0.71ct. Date window at the 6 o’clock position with central sweep seconds. Stainless steel Nautilus bracelet with patented fold-over clasp and lockable adjustment system. Box and Papers dated March 2026.

The Patek Philippe Nautilus is one of the most iconic luxury sports watches ever created, with its heritage dating back to 1976 and the original Nautilus Ref. 3700, designed by legendary watch designer Gérald Genta. Its distinctive rounded-octagonal case was inspired by a ship’s porthole and helped establish the idea that a stainless steel sports watch could sit alongside traditional precious-metal watches at the highest level of Swiss watchmaking. The ladies’ Nautilus followed this legacy, with Patek Philippe introducing its first dedicated ladies’ version in the early 1980s and the first self-winding steel Ladies’ Nautilus Ref. 7118 in 2015. The 7118/1200A-011 carries this heritage forward while combining the sporting character of the Nautilus with fine jewellery, featuring the famous integrated steel case and bracelet alongside a bezel set with 56 brilliant-cut diamonds. Its grey opaline wave-pattern dial and mechanical self-winding movement make it a particularly elegant interpretation of one of Patek Philippe’s most recognisable and historically important designs.
