Rolex Oyster Perpetual Day-Date 1803. 18ct white gold 36mm diameter case with screw-down crown, water resistant up to 100 metres. Self-winding chronometer-certified calibre 1556 movement with approximately 48-hour power reserve. Fluted 18ct white gold bezel. Silver linen-textured dial signed “T SWISS T” at 6 o’clock, without tritium lume application. Applied baton hour markers and hands inlaid with black onyx, with distinctive double-width ‘door-stop’ batons at 6 and 9 o’clock. Central hours, minutes, and seconds hands. Day aperture displayed in full at the 12 o’clock position and date window at 3 o’clock with instantaneous change mechanism. Scratch-resistant acrylic crystal with Cyclops magnifier over the date. Presented on a zirconium-grey lizard strap with 18ct white gold Rolex buckle with the iconic and large 5-pointed Rolex crown. An additional grey alligator strap with alligator strap with quick-release bars is also included. Box only. Circa 1972.
